This i...I hate to hear about your hip pain, Chief. This is unfortunate and unnecessary for your company and if they decide to lay you off in February you should sue their socks off. I cannot believe it is in the best interests of the company to have an employee on the job, talking to customers and making important decisions, who is increasingly distracted and disabled by this pain.<br /><br />Perhaps you can talk to the safety people and see if you can get an exception to the general company rule based on the fact that you might stumble and fall in a hole.
