After almost ten months home with us, our little girl has shown us many different faces.
Intent...

...silly...

...serious (note the signs of the mysterious overnight nosebleed), and sometimes solemn. Quiet around strangers and places she doesn't know...

...happy and giddy: (Break my Pickle - tickle, tickle!)...

...willful! This girl wants to do
everything for herself, from eating to driving the car...

...and even
frightening!
("You put these whalespouts in my hair? Well, your ass is grass and I'm the lawnmower now, Giacomo..!!")But no matter what your mood, we love you a little more each day, giggly girl. We're
very glad you came home to grow up with us.

Hard to believe it's been ten months already....
I just love Maxine's cute haircut!
I love all these faces...and her hair grows so much faster than Em's...! I love the whale spouts.
You're hilarious! I love the frightening shot - the spouts are sweeeeet
C1: It seems easy for me, but that's because she's grown so much in the time.
wzgirl: That's Mojo's contribution to child-rearing. She finally couldn't stand the way Missy's hair looked - she called it her "Carol Brady Flip". Hence the snappy new bangs. I agree, it's very cute.
L & beeb: More with the hair! Yes, it has grown in nicely - but it seemed to take forever at first. We spent months worrying that her coin slot would never go away, and now she's as furry as a little bear.
I wish you two could convince her to love them. Whalespouts on Little Miss have the life of a mayfly. She ignores them for a while then rips the tie-ties off and (mostly) eats them.
